To carry out a higher level of “introduction” and “going out” at a greater pace together, the hospital selects excellent technical backbone for further study abroad. Till now over 140 people were sent for overseas study through different channels, which offers steady stream of driving force and cultivate excellent talents for hospital development.

In 2016, the hospital signed a strategic cooperation agreement with TEMC and BHGH, to send management and medical backbone to study in internationally renowned medical institutions in a planned and organized way.
