While deepening cooperation with well-known universities, large-scale enterprises and scientific research institutes in China, the hospital has carried out an in-depth international development strategy, adhered to a higher level of “introduction” and “going out” at a greater pace, strengthened exchanges and cooperation with well-known medical institutions in the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, France, Israel, Singapore and other countries, and effectively promoted the quality of talents, and also improved the technical level and management connotation.

In recent years, the hospital has received 107 foreign experts to conduct academic exchanges and technical guidance. For its outstanding work, the hospital was awarded “Demonstration Unit of Introducing Foreign Intellectuals”, and certified as one of the first “Jiangsu Foreign Expert Workshop”.
