On 24^th July, the English Listening and Speaking Course co-held by the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang and Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University officially started. This is the fourth English training course set up by our hospital and Kangda College.

The students were all enthusiastic about learning and could attend the course on time after busy work. What’s more, head nurse Gao Jing despite her injured leg, she was still able to overcome the difficulty to attend the course in a wheelchair. The classroom atmosphere is active, with each student actively participating in the interaction with the teacher.

A total of 43 people signed up for the training course, and 32 were selected and evaluated from them. Speaking, listening, reading and writing courses are designed to train the staff's daily English ability, improve their English expression and oral communication skills, and lay a solid language foundation for improving the reception level of foreign experts and serving foreign patients in our hospital.
