On April 14, 2024, Dermatology Department of the First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang had an online academic exchange with dermatologists from Emek Medical Center. In the communication session, the dermatologist of Emek Medical Center presented two cases for us, which were Hypereosinophilic syndrome-lymphocyte type; Case report: Brunsting-Perry pemphigoid. Through the presentation of skin lesion pictures, history introduction, laboratory examination and pathological fluorescence results, we have a detailed understanding of these two rare diseases, and then through differential diagnosis, we have divergent clinical diagnosis thinking and provided cutting-edge treatment for the diseases. Finally, the two sides discussed the cases, shared their treatment experience, and discussed the latest research results. Both sides gained a lot from this meeting and look forward to more exciting academic sharing between the two sides in the next meeting.
