On December 14, 2018, the precision medicine laboratory of the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang was unveiled, and hence, Lianyungang Cancer Prevention and Control Alliance was established. The related project passed the commissioning smoothly and was further approved by Lianyungang Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center. The laboratory lays its emphasis on the tumor-related detection, which involves all aspects of oncogenesis, treatment and prognosis evaluation. It can assist doctors to tumor diagnosis in all directions, and moreover, it can also carry out detections of infectious disease and disease prevention and control, also deafness gene screening and so on.
